Under government guidelines, 1-2-1 Personal Training can now resume in outdoor parks. However, this will be bodyweight exercises only but we will continuing online video training for the foreseeable future too. 
Outdoor sessions will not be available for those who are in a high risk category, experiencing any symptoms or have been in contact with anyone with symptoms.

All SB Fitness Personal Training sessions are bespoke! With an option of either Group Personal Training sessions or 1:1, we make sure we cater for everyone of all abilities! All sessions are based in Devon around the Tiverton, Cullompton and Wellington area.
