Online Sessions

Why not try one of our Online Personal Training sessions? A great way to stay active whilst in lockdown with the guidance of your personal trainer instructing you with the best workout suited for you. Each session consists of a warm up and cool down either side of your workout and can be 30 minutes or an hour. We can have up to 3 people on our online sessions, so why not get your family and friends to join in from the comfort of their home.
