Group Personal Training Sessions are a great, fun way to build your fitness levels with your friends, tone up and lose weight!
Group Personal Training has become more popular in recent years because it’s an affordable, fun way for our clients to take advantage of our instructors knowledge and expertise at a lower cost, all whilst keeping the fun and competitiveness of a group dynamic – usually with your friends!
You will establish relationships and make friends with other people in the group, which increases levels of motivation, enjoyment and dedication from everyone involved!

Providing a cost effective way for people to experience working with a personal trainer! It allows us to work with more people at once, but still be in a small enough group to dedicate the entire session to achieving specific goals of individuals within the group.
Culm Valley Sports Centre
The gym will be entirely for your private use only, so there will never be more than you in the gym with your personal trainer.

In November 2018, we moved location to Culm Valley Sports Centre (EX15 1LL), We are so excited about our new venture and the added value of what it will provide for our clients!
With the added benefit of our own private space through the sports centre, we can target our sessions specifically for your needs! We have all the facilities we need to help you hit your goals!

Personal Training at Home
Personal Training at home is a perfect choice if you don't have much free time or don't want to exercise in a gym or public place.
We realise that working out in a gym environment isn’t for everyone! If you’re reading this and agreeing, then having your personal training sessions at home is always an option that you could go for!
It also means you can be more flexible and fit your workouts around your other commitments! We will come to you and bring all the equipment you will need.
During summer we will try as much as we can to get outdoors in the garden, however during winter all we ask is that you have a safe space for us to use! If you don’t have an appropriate space at home, we can go to a local park or some open space if that is preferable.
Personal training at home can be done on a 1:1 basis or as a group, making it both time and cost effective! We can show you exactly how to use what you have a home to get the best workout, you don’t always have to use equipment to get an effective workout at home,
Body Blitz Class
Every Monday 7:30pm – 8:30pm at West End Hall, Bradninch, Devon EX5 4QP
This class is designed to give you an all over full body toning and aerobic experience. It is set to cater for all fitness levels, with easier and harder options given with every exercise and attaining the added motivation that group exercise creates.
Every week the class will be different so you will always have variety and be kept on your toes! A typical class will include a 30 minute boxing session (it is always fun to be partnered with a friend, but don't let this put you off, if you don't have a partner we will give you one!) followed by a 20 minute high intensity session and a 5 minute core section!
